Then all you need to do is put the HTML page and images on the web hosting, and you're set.
There are 2 programs that might be useful to you: FrontPage or Dreamweaver. You can use these programs to edit your HTML page and change its text, images, etc. Even better you can get somebody to do it for you, if you know some web programmers.
